JOB DESCRIPTION:
Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable off the shelf application or custom- built technology solutions to meet business needs. Act as a subject matter expert for Application Software developers and Engineers.
• Design, build, test and maintain scalable and stable custom-built technology solutions to meet business needs.
• Interact with team members to determine best solutions
• Interact with product owners and end-users to understand business needs.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other members of the team to improve application usability/performance.
• Get feedback from, and build solutions for, users and customers
• Write functional requirements and design documents and guides
• Help other backend and frontend developers with coding and troubleshooting
• Follow high quality software development practices and standards.
• Attending daily stand-up meeting, attend sprint planning and review
EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of related experience.
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred; requires demonstrated understanding of business process as it relates to experience in the field.
• Strong working knowledge of JAVA, Spring Boot, JSP, Supertool, PL/SQL, UNIX shell scripting, etc.
• Experience with webservices, messaging, microservices.
• Experience with backend frameworks to build server-side software.
• Experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
• Experience with webservices, messaging, and stored procedures. Experience with GO / Golang and SOAP / REST (preferred)
• Must have Microservices, Containers, Spring Boot, Cloud, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, Java
