We are looking for Customer Care Talents with excellent communication skills and Call center experience to join us and start working on a variety of US-based Premium Customer Care projects like Inbound Customer Care, Surveying or Outbound Lead Generation.

We are looking for you in case you have:
• 2+ years of experience in Contact center industry (Inbound/Outbound)
• Full-time availability (40hr/week) for the 2-week-long training
• Strong user level of Computing Skills
• You strive for excellence and find your happiness in helping others
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
• College or University Degree is an advantage
What we need from you:
