Full Job Description The Guest Services Representative will be responsible for all duties of the front desk and cafe here at the club. An ideal candidate will have an engaging, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills. Sales experience or experience in the fitness industry are preferred, but not a must.
Responsibilities will include:
• Greeting and checking in members at the front desk.
• Answering phone calls.
• Providing information for any inquiries about club offerings via phone or in-person.
• Giving tours for potential new members.
• Signing new members up.
• Handling all point of sale.
• Maintaining gym, front desk, and cafe cleanliness.
• Servicing the cafe and smoothie bar.
• Opening and closing procedures as needed.
This will be a part-time position with approximately 20 hours available. Availability on the weekends is a must for this position.
Hours Required: Friday, 1PM-5PM, Saturday 7AM-5PM, Sunday 8AM-5PM
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour
