JOB SUMMARY:
This position is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Employee Experience and Operations Team.  Works with the Employee Experience Team to help create HR initiatives that are in line with corporate objectives. This individual welcomes and interacts with employees at all levels of the organization, working to build and maintain effective working relationships.  In this role, one must maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues, while supporting multiple departments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Values and Culture: Help support our core values and partner with our Employee Experience team and to facilitate team building events that help maintain our Accusoft Culture.
• Lead our Event Ninja Team and partner with Employee Experience Manager to create and maintain annual Event Ninja budget.
• Partner with Employee Experience team to create and maintain monthly birthday and anniversary celebration activities.
• Onboarding and Offboarding Responsibilities:
• Plans and conducts new employee onboarding orientation and processes all onboarding steps as outlined in our onboarding checklist; to include the processing of new hire paperwork, everify, background check and creation of personnel files in electronic filing system.
• Responsible for accurate data entry of New Hires & HR changes into Paylocity.
• Setup and manage Introductory Period Review program in partnership with our managers.
• Processes all offboarding steps as outlined in our offboarding checklist.
• Benefits Administration:
• Responsible for maintaining the benefit carrier's websites with up to date employee information (i.e. terminating employee benefits, qualifying events, 401k contribution changes, updating dependent information, address changes and any benefit maintenance that is required).
• Assist Employee Experience Manager with Annual Benefit Open Enrollment.
• Process annual benefit mailings to employees, as per government guidelines (including but not limited to annual 401k Notices, Medicare Part D Notice, etc.)
• Responsible for processing PTO requests, tracking and semi-annual auditing of employee's PTO hours and Google Time Away Calendar; ensuring accuracy of data.
• Quarterly Benefit Audit of: Employee addresses in payroll system and benefit websites; 401k deduction data in paylocity and 401k Mass Mutual website; Audit of benefit deductions in paylocity versus benefit invoices; Birthday and Anniversary google calendar audit
• Manages Tuition Reimbursement Program.
• HRIS and Accusoft Policy & Procedure Administration: Assist Employee Experience Team with communicating, maintaining, and updating HR policies and procedures located on the Accusoft Procedure and Policy website.
• Acts as a resource to employees to help address Human Resource questions.
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the company Organizational Chart.
• Complete employment verification requests, as needed.

• Government Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Maintain digital and electronic records of employees.
• Assist Employee Experience Manager with the creation of governmental reports, such as annual EEO1 Reporting, VET Reporting, and Affirmative Action Program Reporting.
• Generate monthly HR Reports to Management team and assist with the generation of other standard reports, as needed.
• Assist in various special projects and needs as determined by the Employee Experience Manager.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree; One plus years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
