Based in Washington, DC, we are a technology company focused on building out next generation virtual classrooms to meet the increasing needs of the educational systems transition to remote infrastructure.
Currently, we are looking for an Experienced QA Engineer to lead our QA teams in the development of both Automated and Manual Testing Strategies, frameworks, and automated testing solutions for websites, mobile technology, backend systems and databases.

Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities
Lead development of testing strategy and frameworks to test products and systems.
Establish a thorough understanding of the business models including the functionality of its websites, mobile technology, backend processes, and databases.
Develop automation framework guidelines and coding standards and drive consistent automated testing practices
Oversee testing execution, and build dashboards to report testing results and metrics to Product and Engineering Organization Managers.
Integrate automation with deployment infrastructure to establish a continuous build and test cycle.
Requirements and Qualifications
Strong experience as a QA Lead implementing testing solutions for an Agile based delivery team.
Experience creating automated testing frameworks that support Native Desktop and Mobile applications
Experience with the Agile development process, TDD and Continuous Integration
Fosters open communications, listens effectively, and builds strong partnership networks that result in consistent forward momentum.
Challenges the status quo to generate new ideas and implements unique solutions to fix challenging problems.
Experience with working in an early stage SaaS company is a plus
