Community Re-ablement and Outreach are looking to appoint Support Worker’s to join our expanding team that provides short term care and support to people in their own homes, who have been discharged from hospital or where we are helping people to stay at home and avoid going to hospital.
You will play a key role in delivering a high quality, personalised service, that actively supports and optimises people’s independence. Candidates will be expected to be flexible and will demonstrate a good understanding of working in a community setting that encourages people to do as much as they can for themselves.
This is a very rewarding role and is ideally suited to both those who are experienced and those who are new to health and social care.
As part of an enthusiastic team, you will benefit from shift-based pay including travel time, you will have the use of pool car for each shift as well as guaranteed hours per week plus overtime.
You will be working on a shift basis across the island with your start location being either Newportor Ryde.
