Position Summary:
This position is responsible for reviewing and mapping of business processes as well as making recommendations for improvements and tracking progress against margin improvement targets. The Analyst will work across all functions to assess and deliver targeted solutions to increase revenue and decrease costs.
Responsibilities include:
• Review business process an company policies to enhance work flows and efficiency
• Collect analyze and deliver benchmarking data to identify and implement best-in-class processes and procedures
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to create cost effective business processes
• Examine margins for variance anomalies and identify margin improvement opportunities
• Provide revenue enhancement and cost savings project research for Business Analytics team and EIO Committee
• Coordinate cross functionally when projects require
• Report consolidated EIO projects and progress
• Automate EIO reporting to extent possible
Minimum Requirements
• Basic Qualifications
• Master’s Degree from an accredited college required in business analytics
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Demonstrated computer software skills in Excel
• Ability to create strong working relationships with others
• Proven initiative to research, manipulate data, identify options and opportunities for improvement, and implement solutions
• 2+ years in an operations or operations analyst role
• Lean Six Sigma training preferred
