Position Overview:
This position is responsible for helping to manage customer accounts - new customer onboarding, helping customers access our online systems, payment processing and other related responsibilities. Customer service is emphasized, and therefore applicants must have a very strong customer service orientation - calls are answered on the first ring, emails are responded to ASAP and customers are treated like friends. This position could be ideal if you also have experience serving customers in the financial services industry or are familiar with online learning management systems. Responsibilities Include:
· Executing a variety of administrative office functions
· Working with Word, Excel and Access
· Operating as admin in learning management systems and ecommerce web sites
· Handling customer service calls with courtesy to take orders, resolve online access issues, fulfill document and report requests, etc.
· Assisting in Quality Assurance during the course development process
· Inputting data and utilizing our customer-relationship management (CRM) software
· Communicating with third-party consultants and vendors

· Punctual and reliable
Job Type: Full-time, on-site and remote. Occasional travel between offices will be required for team meetings.
Salary Range: $40,000 to $50,000 depending on experience.
Preferred Experience: Track record of excellence; previous customer support experience and strong interpersonal skills required; college degree and previous financial services, compliance, or learning management system experience preferred. Current and former members of armed services are encouraged to apply.
