Administrative Assistant / Front Desk
The administrative assistant provides direct, day to day administrative support to the management team.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the reception desk including greeting visitors and accepting / distributing deliveries
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail / shipments
• Notify recruiting team when interviews arrive onsite
• Prepare various reports for management team using Excel
• Schedule meetings, reviews and sales trainings using Outlook
• Assist with sales competition and productivity tracking
• Prepare slides for sales meetings using PowerPoint
• Complete expense reports
• Provide onsite support for meetings and special events including: setup/cleanup, ordering meals, printing documents and communicating with attendees.
• Edit, format and proofread documents. Create, edit and maintain spreadsheets and presentations.
• Manage replenishment of office supplies
• Ad Hoc duties
Basic Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Proficient with Microsoft office suite
• Well-versed in Excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and act with urgency
Preferred:
• Experience working in an office setting
• Bachelor’s Degree
