As we continue to grow, Collaborative Solutions is looking to add an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist to our recruiting team. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and industry. We are looking for a top performer who is willing to go above and beyond to help contribute to meeting the company’s dynamic business and growth needs.
Responsibilities:
• Jump into the exciting, booming Workday ecosystem and use your recruiting expertise to continually identify, source, and hire the best and the brightest talent in our industry
• Master our unique recruitment process and partner with our internal teams and executive leadership to strategically think outside the box to fill our critical open positions
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting tools to identify untapped markets and unlock new sourcing strategies
• Seamlessly guide candidates through the interview process ensuring that every candidate experiences our collaborative nature and award-winning culture
• Conduct a high volume of phone screens and in-person interviews; provide thorough, and intuitive, verbal and written feedback; and track your recruiting / sourcing efforts
• Develop and cultivate strong partnerships with our executive team, internal teams, and hiring managers to influence change throughout the entire hiring process
• Build a dynamic candidate pipeline that can be drawn from as needs arise
Skills & Requirements:
• Your ability to connect with people is second nature. Your vibe is confident, passionate, and approachable!
• 5 to 7 years of full cycle recruiting experience, preferably in an HR consulting or technical services environment
• Experience partnering closely with internal teams globally
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to juggle multiple open positions at a given time
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills are exceptional. We believe each and every candidate deserves a positive and inviting experience, even when they are not a fit.
• Significant experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, applicant tracking systems, HRIS’s, and other recruiting tools
• Microsoft Office Suite skills
• 4-year degree or equivalent work experience
