Our Water team have a great presence in NSW and work with a range of clients across the regions. The New South Wales Water business is looking for a leader who can take the existing business to the next level by growing the existing client base , providing leadership within the NSW water team, and managing key client relationships through NSW.  We are looking for someone to build a team focused on delivery in the 3 waters sector.
What you will do:
• Manage the Water team of 11 staff within New South Wales
• Driving key client relationships utilising account leadership framework
• Leading the charge on winning new business
• Build the Water team and identify key resource areas to expand upon.
• Manages overall commercial performance of the New South Wales Water team including project performance and delivery
• Manages resources including skills, utilisation and rewards
• Delivering innovation and technical excellence
• Collaboration and teamwork within New South Wales and across Australia
Candidate Specification
Your experience will include:
• Degree in Engineering and/or Science, ideally in 3 waters or chemical/process engineering
• Team leadership experience
• Prefer operational experience (managing a team to profitable outcomes)
• Track record in client engagement with focus on winning work, preferably with  local contacts
• Collaborative approach internally and externally
• Motivated to build a team and business
This is a senior role within our NSW executive leadership team, reporting directly to the State Manager for NSW, and will be a senior member of the Australian Water Sector leadership team.
