Job Description:
This position contributes to the success of the Beverages Company by providing general administrative support within and outside of the West Florida Market.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
• Support with COVID processes including traces, quarantine, return to work protocol for frontline and managers
• Proven history of teamwork and professionalism across all levels
• Ability to flex style to all levels of the organization
• Performing general administrative support work such as answering phones in a professional and pleasant manner, directing visitors, copying, filing, faxing
• Demonstrate strong skills with PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook and Zoom
• Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Embrace change and new challenges with thoughtfulness and a positive outcome-based approach
• Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Demonstrate self-motivation, integrity and initiative
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and cashiering
• Provide general administrative support to location leadership
• Work with leadership and local staff on new account set up, customer research, uniform ordering, special event coordination and technology management
• Maintain and order office supplies
• Ability to work overtime or occasional weekends to meet business needs
• Ability to occasionally travel for training, support, etc.
• All other duties as assigned
Qualifications / Requirements :
Basic Job Qualifications:
• Ability to work on nights and weekends if needed for COVID support
• High school diploma or GED
• Microsoft Office Proficiency
Preferred Job Qualifications:
• Previous administrative experience
• Healthcare knowledge
• Basic knowledge of HR Processes
