Job Title: UI/UX Web Developer

Description:
We are looking for a strong UI / UX developer to join our team! We are looking for an exceptional someone who is an expert in UI design, UX design, and front-end development to join our growing company. Must be well-versed in the development of front ends for web sites, mobile devices, and desktop applications. Must have experience with .NET MVC.
As a UX Developer, you will observe user behavior to improve the visible design of new and existing web and mobile applications. You must have a keen understanding of human factors in interfaces, modern technical stacks and be proficient in crafting aesthetically beautiful interfaces.
Responsibilities
• Conduct research and deconstruct our users’ digital interactions and habits.
• Develop UI and UX strategies based on our target goals.
• Create and maintain digital assets, such as interface design files, wireframes, and interactive mock-ups
• Design, build, and maintain highly reusable JavaScript, HTML and CSS code.
Skills
• 3+ years’ experience as a front-end developer.
• 2+ years’ experience as a UI/UX designer.
• A portfolio that demonstrates HTML, CSS and JavaScript proficiency as well as an understanding of SOLID design principles.
• Expert knowledge of CSS, CSS extension languages (Less, Sass), and CSS pre-processor tools.
• Expert knowledge of HTML5 and its best practices.
• Expert working knowledge of .NET MVC with proficiency in working with Razor views.
• Proficiency in designing interfaces and building clickable prototypes.
• A history of deconstructing user behaviour to create an improved experience for users, showcased in the form of blog posts, articles, screencasts, etc
• Proficiency using Team Foundation or Git version control.
