Our Tampa Cancer Center is searching for a Phone Operator to join our team!
Responsibilities Responsible for the answering and routing of all incoming calls to the office and for ensuring that all incoming calls are answered and sent to appropriate destination in a timely fashion.
Qualifications Required Qualifications: Must have understanding and experience in handling high volume of calls and routing to appropriate destination, preferably in a medical clinical setting; knowledge of medical terminology; an understanding of documentation requirements for medical records in the state of Florida; attention to detail; knowledge of computers and strong communication skills with a wide variety of personalities.
