The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior level position responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities.
Responsibilities:
• Proficient knowledge in the following key areas: Hardware Architecture (performance testing, monitoring, operations), Hardware Benchmarking (program management, network management), Design (compliance, security), Network Engineering (planning, provision, load balancing), Storage Engineering (Backup, NAS, SAN and Object/Cloud).
• Able to perform hands-on DevOps methodologies in CI/CD and Production Release Management via RLM Tool
• Able to perform Infrastructure tech refresh and application migrations
• Work with development and production teams to provide L3 support and develop automation tools to issue remediation, migrations and upgrades.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Linux/UNIX based environments.
• Ability to think creatively to deliver solutions through continuous improvement and strong systems engineering skills.
• Marking sure End-of-Vendor-Support product/service gets upgrade / migration plan & execute on time to avoid any compliance / security issue
• Able to use of Enterprise Build, RLM and GIT is required. Preferred Atlassian product suite – JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence.
• Knowledge in Privileged Access Security Solution like CyberArk / TPAM
• Knowledge of scheduling tools - Autosys
• Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages: C#, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap 2.3.2 framework, Knockout JS, Angular, SQL & PLSQL.
• Proficiency with all web containers such as IBM WebSphere, Apache HTTP Server, Tomcat etc.
• Experience in threat vulnerability management with Ability to identify technology risk and create automated solutions to sustainably remediate gaps.
• Able to take care of Stress Test, Disaster Test & Volume Test for application spread across the regions (NAM, LATAM, MEXICO, EMEA, APAC & EMEA)
• Proactive identification of risk and issues and work out mitigation plan. Timely escalation
• Be a hands-on project lead at offshore who can lead by example and Co-ordinate with team members globally to ensure deliverables are met to agreed schedules.
• Actively participate in brainstorming session and provide solid inputs to the team
• Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance and software improvement
• Experience in communicating with users and technical teams to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Able to manage onsite-offshore model in managing large projects involving multiple teams. strong attention to detail in conducting analysis combined with ability to accurately document
Create design document, test, release plans and ensure best practices are followed
Qualifications:
• 5+ years’ experience in  Middleware, Big-data space, and DevOps.
• 5+ years’ experience with Oracle/SQL, Unix, WebSphere App Dynamics
• 5+ years’ experience in managing Infrastructure Projects.
• 5+ years’ experience with Microsoft Project or a similar tool
• 5+ years’ experience of Computer HW SW & Networking.
• 3+ years’ experience with Expert in ServiceNow & Microsoft Visio.
• 2+ years’ experience in Infrastructure Costing & Budgeting
• 2+ years’ experience with  SAN & NAS Storage, SAN Striping and NAS mount & Net groups.
• 2+ years’ experience in Data modelling & cloud Infrastructure.
• Strong writing, communication, time-management, decision-making, and basic task organization skills
• Experience of making complex Project plans.
• In depth knowledge of Capacity Planning & Projections.
• Experience in raising Infrastructure Procurement Requests.
• Experience in making Architecture & Network diagrams.
• Experience in Finance related business areas and Understanding of Citi’s organization and Infrastructure is a plus.
• Any prior knowledge of Finance Full Suite Application/Country Rollout model/Infrastructure Landscape is a plus
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent work experience
Skills:
• Strong design & execution bend of mind
• DevOps Tool: Bitbucket, Jenkins, RLM , uDeploy, Enterprise Build, App Scan,  BlackDuck, Automated software and configuration deployment tools and automated testing
• Thorough understanding of cloud methodologies/solutions
• Strong understanding on storage Engineering i.e. Backup, NAS, SAN and Object/Cloud.
• Able to implement & integrate SSO, Server Certificate, Load Balancing, TIBCO, Secret API, App Dynamic, NDM / FTP, AIM Logging & CyberArk,
• Strong hand-on on SQL script & Other scripting
• Candidate must have worked in an agile environment
• Passion for technology and self- starter
• Orientation towards Disciplined development processes
• Strong writing, communication, time-management, decision-making, and basic task organization skills
Ability to prioritize and manage schedules under tight, fixed deadlines
