With 19 service centers nationwide, McNICHOLS CO. is North America's leading supplier and fabricator of "Hole Products," including Perforated and Expanded Metals, Wire Mesh and Designer Metals, as well as a complete line of Metal Grating and Flooring Products.We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist to join our team. This position will support all areas of the department, including but not limited to a variety of marketing analytics, content creation, graphic design, and data entry.Responsibilities* Assist with digital and print creative designs such as creative layouts and optimizations, management of assets, etc.* Assist with development, implementation and optimization of communications strategies across print, social and email channels* Oversee management and inventory of marketing collateral including negotiating, recommending and collaborating with outside vendors on various projects and executing programs according to timelines and budgets* Assist Inbound Marketing Coordinator with dashboard management, analytics and reporting, including weekly Customer Survey administration* Conduct data cleanse on customer account in CRM platform* Act as liaison between our internal sales teams and Marketing, processing requests from the field and assigning tasks where needed* Support Director of Marketing Communications and other team leads with administrative tasks as neededQualifications* Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design or two years equivalent related work experience* Knowledge/experience with core design software (Adobe Suite preferred)* Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint* Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)* Ability to multitask, eager to learn new skills, and works well individually as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment* Has a positive attitude and a high level of energy, enthusiasm, initiative, responsibility, and passionate about our mission of serving our customers* Proactive, thoughtful, coachable, self-motivated, analytical, detail oriented, organized and able to effectively communicate across multiple business units and stakeholders* Demonstrated ability to collaborate with others on projects and assignments to achieve optimal results with a strong work ethic* Proven hands-on team player where no task is too small* Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiativesPortfolio or link to electronic samples of design work welcomeMcNICHOLS is proud to reward our team with quarterly recognition incentives and a generous benefits package including 1st day eligibility for health insurance, 3 weeks of PTO, 9+ paid holidays, 401k with partial employer match and company provided disability/life insurance.McNICHOLS is a Drug Free Workplace and strong advocate of workforce diversity.Visit our website at www.mcnichols.com/careers to learn more.
