Responsibilities. • Customer communications to include questions, concerns or any other support in the manner that supports the culture of NS Brand
• Review online orders and update perm preferences to standard format.
• Inputs, updates and modifies client information in system as needed.
• Cancelation emails – Weekly cancellation report review
• Welcome customers and deal with 0
• Work in Intercom
Sales • Responsible for onboarding (sales), ongoing support and retention of all NS clientele
• Follow up communications with clients
• Coordinates and performs weekly demos, personal visits, and develops strategic relationships with
relevant companies, organizations, and influencers to help raise awareness of Nutrition Solutions
• Fields incoming sales calls, as well as contacts leads that come in through the company website and social
media channels. These will be assigned based off performance. The better you perform in generating
your own sales, the more that will be assigned to you that have been generated from the company’s
marketing efforts
Support • Supports other departments of Nutrition Solutions as needed
