Overview
The Contractor shall establish and operate a comprehensive records management storage and search capability using the Micro Focus, Inc., eDiscovery (or equivalent) toolset.  The Contractor shall provide systems administration, maintenance and support for all records management databases and toolsets, to include allied and Coalition networks.  Operations and maintenance shall include servers, (physical and virtual), Storage Area Networks (SAN), software applications, firmware and network security.
Responsibilities
• Perform all required raw data ingesting, records indexing, and O&M of all search functionality IAW current industry best practices
• Develop, maintain, manage and integrate networked systems to provide robust and secure day-to-day, garrison network operations and administration of deployed USCENTCOM networks.
• Maintain the servers and software applications.
Provide network systems administration for the USCENTCOM and Allied/Coalition networks for in-garrison and deployable equipment.
• Maintain and administer network servers, software, hardware, firmware, and operating system software. Recommend upgrades to improve computer and network capabilities.
• Recommend required modifications to network equipment, software, and facilities to sustain peak network operations; and provide network(s) maintenance support and computer and network installations.
• Ensure operational status of user workstations and servers through establishment and maintenance of user accounts, profiles, print and disk services, data file services and Domain Name services.
• Provide aggressive network security management through direct support of Defensive Information Operations initiatives to include review of network security scans and intrusion detection reports and implementation of security fixes, upgrades and applications.
• Provide oversight and report to management on network security health and status.
Required Experience/Qualifications
• DoD 8570 IAT LV II certification
• Certified Windows Server 2016 System Admin
• Linux Redhat system admin
Preferred Experience/Qualifications
• In-depth knowledge of & experience with Micro Focus' Control Point application suite
• In-depth knowledge of & experience with Micro Focus' IDOL data indexing solution
• Micro Focus Records Manager v8 Certified Professional
Special Requirements/Security Clearance
• willingness to travel to AOR as required (less than 10%)
• willingness to perform shift work as required (less than 10%)
• TS/SCI clearance
