Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an Application Support Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL.
Responsibilities :
• Perform complex analysis on data to ensure that CDW is behaving according to the defined business rules. Data analysis, data querying joining several tables, understanding different flows and feeds (multiple local processors, different rules by processor and country, processing in CDW, flow to Mantas), code analysis to look for filtering rules, exceptions, etc.
• Support the IMR process by creating and maintaining Impact Assessment Documents (IAD)
• Ensure availability of the frontends and batch processes
• Accomplish the SLA of batch processes
• Be responsible of the resolution of the incidents related to CDW or applications dependent on CDW
• Maintain UAT and Production environments
• Provide support to execute processes in UAT and coordinate the promotion into production
• Collaborate with development team so as to analyze / suggest improvements
• Be the owner of the problems in production until its final resolution
• Escalate issues accordingly
Required Skills :
• 3 or more years of application support experience
• English language knowledge.
• Advanced analytical skills
• Experience in UNIX/Linux systems
• Experience in SQL and PL/SQL
• Experience in Shell Scripting
