Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an HR Analyst for a contract assignment with one of our premier financial services clients in Tampa, FL .
Responsibilities :
• Provide support to the HR Professional Services team by assisting North America managers with performance management, employee relations, coaching/conflict resolution, interpretation of employment policies and practices.
• Will also be engaged in quality assurance reviews for employee relations cases and other duties as assigned.
• This position is 30 hours a week. The options for days are: Mon Thurs OR Tues Friday
Required Skills :
• MUST HAVE strong Employee Relations Experience
• Must be technically Savvy Workday experience and ServiceNow experience
• Need Case Management Experience.
• Seasoned HR experience (7+ years)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent employee relations skill set
• Strong sense of urgency and technical ability
• Able to work independently in a remote environment
