The Partnership Director is responsible for the overall engagement, satisfaction, and development of assigned Bisk Partners. The Partnership Director is the strategic leader accountable for the development and operational strategy of the assigned Partner brand and accountable for meeting established performance goals. Working with the Managing Director, the Partnership Director will support innovation and growth through assigned Partners, services, and programs.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and cultivate business development efforts with assigned Partner(s)
Identify new program and product opportunities with assigned Partner(s)
Support the onboarding and nurturing of new partnerships
Direct contract-renewal strategy for assigned Partner(s); negotiates contracts to ensure mutual benefit
Manage development and execution of annual business plan for assigned Partner(s)
Collaborate with other directors to assess, develop, and communicate KPI performance to internal and external stakeholders, supporting improvement plans as necessary
Implement consistent performance reporting internally and externally
Serves as Partnerships’ main point of contact for Bisk cross-functional team members and primary point of contact for assigned Partner(s)
Manage annual budgets; responsible for continuous oversight and analysis of P&L for assigned Partner(s)
Serve as SME for Partner, industry, program market, operations, brand strategy, and curriculum
Responsible for information security by appropriately preserving the Confidentiality, Integrity, and Availability (CIA) of Bisk information assets in accordance with the companys information security program

Experience in portfolio management and business development
Excellent organizational and follow-through skills
Strong negotiating and interpersonal skills
Travel up to 50% may be required
Education & Experience Requirements
Minimum 8–10 years’ relevant work experience in client/account management
5 years’ experience in people management preferred
Experience in higher education preferred
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing; MBA preferred
Or an equivalent combination of education and experience
