The responsibilities would be until the end of February 2021. Potential Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $16
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Will be working at a school: MUST BE ABLE TO PASS THEIR OWN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK + DISCLOSURE FORM THEY NEED TO FILL OUT + EMAIL THAT IS SENT TO THEM
Job Responsibilities:
Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school
Greets all incoming students, families and guests respectfully and professionally
Receives and refers visitors, takes telephone calls and messages, and provides routine information upon request
Require all visitors to sign-in and identify themselves; provide appropriate passes and badges following policy and protocol
Assists in all aspects of maintaining a professional front office, including but not limited to, fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member in a timely, professional manner, filing and copying and faxing of sensitive information.
Develops a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office.
Assists other personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
Effectively perform all other duties as assigned by Principal.
Assists students and others with routine problems and will refer non-routine items to a supervisor.
Types routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, records, bulletins, orders and other office documents from sources such as rough drafts, notes, and oral instructions.
Receives, counts, opens, unpacks, dates, stamps, records, sorts and distributes incoming mail, documents, materials and supplies following established procedures.
Sorts and stamps out-going correspondence, addresses envelopes and packages, and prepares printed matter and other material for mailing.
Enters information or data to computer terminal following established procedures.
Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in both English and Spanish.
Able to honor confidential information. - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- English Language experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Office
- Quality experience with Assist Patients
- Good understanding of Daily Mail
- Earlier work involving Daily Mail
- Solid understanding of customer service
- General familiarity with Assist Guests
- Professional Phone Etiquette experience
- Practical knowledge of Assist Customers
- Spanish Language experience required
- Well-founded grasp of Administrative Assistance
- Previous experience working with Email Correspondence
- Proven knowledge of Phone Etiquette
- Wide ranging experience with Assist Visitors
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
