The responsibilities would be until the end of February 2021. Potential Temp to Perm
Pay Rate: $16
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Will be working at a school: MUST BE ABLE TO PASS THEIR OWN CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK + DISCLOSURE FORM THEY NEED TO FILL OUT + EMAIL THAT IS SENT TO THEM
Job Responsibilities:
 Answers phone calls in a pleasant, informed manner for the purpose of providing information and creating a good image of the school
 Greets all incoming students, families and guests respectfully and professionally
 Receives and refers visitors, takes telephone calls and messages, and provides routine information upon request
 Require all visitors to sign-in and identify themselves; provide appropriate passes and badges following policy and protocol
 Assists in all aspects of maintaining a professional front office, including but not limited to, fielding and directing incoming phone calls to the appropriate staff member in a timely, professional manner, filing and copying and faxing of sensitive information.
 Develops a positive, welcoming and caring climate in the Front Office.
 Assists other personnel for the purpose of supporting them in the completion of their work activities.
 Effectively perform all other duties as assigned by Principal.
 Assists students and others with routine problems and will refer non-routine items to a supervisor.
 Types routine correspondence, memoranda, reports, records, bulletins, orders and other office documents from sources such as rough drafts, notes, and oral instructions.
 Receives, counts, opens, unpacks, dates, stamps, records, sorts and distributes incoming mail, documents, materials and supplies following established procedures.
 Sorts and stamps out-going correspondence, addresses envelopes and packages, and prepares printed matter and other material for mailing.
 Enters information or data to computer terminal following established procedures.
 Able to communicate effectively, orally and in writing in both English and Spanish.
 Able to honor confidential information. - Excellent customer service and office administrative skills
- 2+ years' experience of demonstrated performance in a goal-driven & customer-focused environment preferred
- English Language experience preferred
- Deep understanding of Microsoft Office
- Quality experience with Assist Patients
- Good understanding of Daily Mail
- Earlier work involving Daily Mail
- Solid understanding of customer service
- General familiarity with Assist Guests
- Professional Phone Etiquette experience
- Practical knowledge of Assist Customers
- Spanish Language experience required
- Well-founded grasp of Administrative Assistance
- Previous experience working with Email Correspondence
- Proven knowledge of Phone Etiquette
- Wide ranging experience with Assist Visitors
- Proven ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Comfort and confidence when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- No stranger to performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries
- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement
