Xandr is seeking a bright, highly motivated and skilled Account Director develop our engagement with key agency clients in Australia & New Zealand. The Account Director is responsible
for working with our clients at all levels of their hierarchies, from C-level to Ad Ops, to retain and grow their businesses through identifying and solving problems to ultimately make them successful.
Account Directors develop a deep understanding of the Xandr platform, provide business consultation, cultivate client relationships, identify business opportunities within existing accounts and drive revenue by delivering against client and Xandr business objectives.
Together with an exceptional team of technical consultants and trading experts, the Account Director identifies strategic development
potentials and solves tactical challenges in order to guide the client in the ever-changing and highly complex world of digital advertising. If you

About the job
Drive long-term partnership value by developing and understanding client business goals, their technical challenges, operating environments and
capabilities as well as the advertising technology industry and competitive landscape overall
Develop and own key client initiatives and play a role in driving adoption of Xandr technologies, especially Xandr Invest DSP
Understand client strategies at the management and operational level alongside their KPIs, goals and ROAS metrics to identify and mitigate client
risks
Lead the creation and delivery of quarterly and annual business reviews with clients in order to grow incremental business
Own and develop client project management: Delegate tasks, monitor workflows and ensure on-time delivery and effective issues resolution
Effectively network with your accounts at all levels; be a trusted advisor and revenue driver to ensure successful account plan execution and business growth
Become an expert in and actively promote Xandr products to clients to identify ways of driving more revenue
Drive new customer on-boarding through value selling in collaboration with sales resources
Curate and communicate expertise based on the competitive landscape, best
in-house practices and marketable client success stories in an efficient manner
Communicate client needs to other functional teams and provide input to product teams to help shape our development roadmap
Relevant experience in the digital sector, preferably 5+ years
Strong and strategic mindset in order to build a long-term revenue stream by creating sustainable and successful client relationships
Capable of quickly gaining a deep understanding of technology-enabled advertising solutions
Experience with growing and developing strategic accounts
Ability to take responsibility, work under pressure and toward a deadline
Record of going above and beyond, demonstrated track record for prospecting and exceeding commercial targets
Effective communication and presentation skills, demonstrating an ability to influence clients and other stakeholders
Strong networking ability, ideally existing network at advertising agencies and marketers in the DACH region
Ability to work autonomously, but also partner and collaborate within project teams
Ability to multi-task and juggle priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Strong organizational skills with an attention to detail and an eye for holistic improvement and new initiatives Bachelors degree (or higher) from a business school or university
Advanced MS Office skills, including strong Power Point skills as well as pivot tables and the ability to efficiently manipulate large datasets and
create charts
Fluency in both English and German Experience in leading a team preferable
