THis is a Temporary Position# # The Strategic Workforce Management team at Moffitt Cancer Center exists to undertake a conscious and deliberate approach to attract, develop and retain people with the right aptitude, abilities, and #fit# to meet current and future organizational needs. The Recruitment Specialist Talent Sourcer) being an integral part of this process, is characterized by strong individual performance, communication, initiative and adherence to the hospital values with the responsibility of delivering results by following the established recruiting processes. A Recruitment Specialist (Talent Sourcer#s) role is to create a diverse pipeline of internal and external candidates for current and future positions within an assigned business unit by using multiple media including but not limited to: competitor and market research, advertising, college, local and out-of-state career fairs, social networking, web-based/internet searches, and research to source active and passive candidates. The Recruitment Specialist (Talent Sourcer) will partner with the HR Generalist to align qualified candidates with appropriate positions. The Recruitment Specialist (Talent Sourcer) will also be expected to maintain a recruitment portfolio of open positions and will be responsible for seeing the candidates through the entire recruitment and hiring life-cycle # THis is a Temporary Position# The Ideal Candidate: #########Must have working knowledge of the##principles/methods of recruiting and candidate #########screening and behavioral based interviewing.# #########Must have effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to research and gather market intelligence and manage multiple searches at any time. Knowledge of local, state and regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and HR is also necessary.## #########Competency using applicant tracking and HRIS systems; preferably Position Manager and/or Lawson. #########Working proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. # # Responsibilities #########Screen candidates to determine availability, interest level, salary range, qualifications and cultural fit. #########Fully develop recruitment campaigns for specific vacancies to provide diverse pools/pipelines of high quality candidates. Develop individual recruitment plans in coordination with hiring managers. Partner with HR Generalist on positions to assess and identify needed talent and collaboratively build effective sourcing strategies. #########Coordinate post interview process including reviewing background reports, creating equity reports, collecting references and negotiating salary offers. #########Coordinate interview process for candidates, including travel arrangements. #########Establish and maintain internal and external relationships to develop a pipeline for hard-to-fill positions. Be a subject matter expert in key areas of sourcing techniques and strategies. #########Meet with hiring manager to review job descriptions and confirm skills required and preferred for job openings, as assigned. Source active and passive candidates to create a diverse pipeline of internal and external applicants for current and future positions within an assigned business unit by using multiple vehicles including but not limited to: o###Understanding external competition o###Direct and indirect advertising o###University relations o###Presence at local and out-of-state career and job fairs o###Social networking o###Web-based/internet searches # # Credentials and Qualifications: #########Bachelor#s Degree in Business, Communication, HR management or other related field #########Minimum two (2) years of directly related work experience with demonstrated proactive approach towards sourcing and market research. #########Must have working knowledge of the principles/methods of recruiting and candidate screening and behavioral based interviewing. #########Must have effective verbal and written communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, ability to research and gather market intelligence and manage multiple searches at any time. Knowledge of local, state and regulatory requirements related to areas of functional responsibility and HR is also necessary. #########Proficiency in MS Office, experience with applicant tracking and HRIS systems. # Preferred: o###HR#certification in recruitment or PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification o###Competency using Position Manager and/or Lawson process.
