Our client, a leading financial company is hiring HR Generalist on an initial 2-month contract.
Work Location: Tampa, FL (Will be remote until office reopens)
This position is 30 hours a week.
Mon, Tue , Thur , Fri
• Provide support to the HR Professional Services team by assisting North America managers with performance management, employee relations, coaching/conflict resolution, interpretation of employment policies and practices.
• Will also be engaged in quality assurance reviews for employee relations cases and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
• MUST HAVE strong Employee Relations Experience.
• Must be technically Savvy – Workday experience and ServiceNow experience.
• Need Case Management Experience.
• Seasoned HR experience (7+ years), strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent employee relations skill set, strong sense of urgency and technical ability, able to work independently in a remote environment.
