HR Generalist
Provide support to the HR Professional Services team by assisting North America managers with performance management, employee relations, coaching/conflict resolution, interpretation of employment policies and practices. Will also be engaged in quality assurance reviews for employee relations cases and other duties as assigned.
Requirements :
- MUST HAVE strong Employee Relations Experience.
- Must be technically Savvy – Workday experience and ServiceNow experience.
- Need Case Management Experience.
- Seasoned HR experience (7+ years), strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent employee relations skill set, strong sense of urgency and technical ability, able to work independently in a remote environment. Employment Type: []
