Enterprise Process Solutions (EPS) is an enterprise-wide function responsible for driving large scale business transformations. The EPS team solves challenging and complex business problems across various functions providing a broad exposure across U.S. Bank. As a team member, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels, from senior business leaders to front line staff. EPS is seeking a new team member at the Consultant level. Consultants are responsible for owning key deliverables within workstreams and work in collaboration with team members and Business Partners to identify, design, and implement sustainable solutions. To be successful, Consultants need to develop strong working relationships with business partners, subject matter experts, support functions, and other key stakeholders. Consultants also must be able to combine a high level strategic approach, with an ability to be hands-on in executing tasks needed for the success of the business. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: + Gather and analyze information, formulateand test hypotheses, and develop and communicate recommendations forprojects and workstreams + Manage project or workstream as part ofenterprise-wide transformation initiatives. Work with Business Leaders toshape and manage project scope, drive implementation, and ensuresustainable outcomes + Provide objective advice, expertise andspecialist knowledge with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth, orimproving business performance + Create and manage stakeholder updates,including executive presentations + Train, coach and mentor project team members **Qualifications:** **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:** + Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience + Eight or more years of related experience **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** + Previous work experience within projectteams to drive complex projects from process assessment to future statedefinition to solution delivery (including integration of process, people,and technology solutions) + Exceptional analytical and problem solvingskills + Exceptional in the MS Office suite(PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Word) + Strong presentation development andverbal/written communication skills + Experience in project management, Lean/SixSigma methodologies, and Agile + Experience from management consulting at atop-tier firm or internal consulting at a Fortune 500 entity + Graduate degree **Job:** Information Technology **Primary Location:** United States **Shift:** 1st - Daytime **Average Hours Per Week:** 40 **Requisition ID:** 200020962 U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
