We are searching for a Logistics Coordinator for our manufacturing client in Tampa. The right person in this role will be a person with significant experience in acquiring and managing of the raw product
Duties:
• Coordinating transportation to accept raw materials and meet production schedules
• Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels
• Working with clients to determine the most efficient and cost effect way for them to receive their finished products
• Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy
• Tracking and fixing shipping errors
• Preparing bills and invoices
• Work with the production team to develop processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized
Skills:
• Experienced in logistics, shipping/receiving or similar role in a manufacturing facility
• Excellent computer skills. Can use many different programs and websites to improve the efficiency of the production facility
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Works well in a team environment
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $24.00
