Title- ServiceNow ITSM Developer
Location- Tampa, FL (Remote till covid)
Duration- 6 months contract
Description.
• ServiceNow development experience.
• Experience with ITSM-Information Technology Service Management.
• 10-12 years of IT experience with 8 years of hands on experience as ServiceNow ITSM development.
• Should be able to demonstrate thought process to drive strategic ServiceNow related decisions
• Should be able to consult on utilizing ServiceNow capabilities to implement requirement
• Help create strategic road maps
• Should be able to coach and lead of team of developers
• Good communication skills
• Has worked in Agile development environment
• Know how's of ServiceNow Implementation – ITSM
• Should have knowledge / implemented - Configuration, Integration, Upgrades , Portal Development
• Should have the capability to be analyze their current systems & guide Client as a Techno Functional Architect
• Understanding of other SN modules- ITOM (Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping )
• ITIL V3 – Exp across all ITSM Processes & workflows
Must have-
• At least 8 years of experience in ServiceNow ITSM. Developer could be a senior candidate who can consider doing some Architect work as part of the job.
