Customer Service Representative
Monday - Friday (Weekends as needed)
• Provide exceptional customer service via telephone or other media
• Provide in-depth support via phones and/or other media as required in resolving customer issues
• Use excellent hearing and listening skills to receive detailed information
• Ability to multi-task; simultaneously think, talk and type accurately
• Maintain communication center database by entering and verifying information; updating contact logs
• Meet and exceed performance standards of abandon, average speed of answer and other call metrics
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. Simultaneously use multiple computer applications to enter the required information
• Effectively problem solve; understand requests and place callbacks as required
• Escalate to call center management to identify trends affecting our customers
• Tracking and assignment of incoming leads to sales partners within the required time frame
• Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Ability to speak, read, write, and comprehend English.
• Must have excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
