Responsibilities of Business Systems Analyst
• Writing FRD's and BRD's for technology teams.
• Performing data mapping and understanding database specifications for a redesign of customer application data flow
• Clarifying functional requirements during development of solution
Qualifications of Business Systems Analyst
• Experience working on enterprise-wide data management projects
• Experience with writing complex SQL Queries
• 5+ years of IT experience, preferably as a BA / BSA
• Strong understanding of how application data is routed to 3rd party platforms such as Salesforce or ServiceNow
• Financial services background desired (Banking, Card, lending, etc)
