Job Description REQUIRED: Strong in SQL Scripting , Linux Commands. Requirements/Skill
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve software issues reported by customers
• Install and maintain software and provide assistance with configuring system software
• Provide one on one assistance to the end user regarding the technical flaw, either by trouble ticket, phone, email, or in person
• Coordinate with the third party vendor for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty
• Manage user access requests and ensure Verizon audit policies are performed regularly
• Assist with system design and software testing to prevent technical breakdowns in future
• Document Bugs and Application Issues
