Job Description
• The Product Manager will work closely with the technology team to support the ongoing development of Immertec's product.
• This role will serve as Scrum Master to manage the big development picture of each sprint delegating tasks appropriately and ensuring the team is working on the right tasks at the right time.
Additional responsibilities include:
• Drive efficiency and productivity in the development process
• Help the team continuously make progress by removing obstacles and protect the team from distractions
• Facilitate daily standups
• Ensure team members are tracking hours correctly
• Confirm Rocks (EOS goals) are uploaded correctly and technology team members are working towards achievement
• Get updates from each software and hardware developer and summarize for weekly technology team email.
What We're Looking For:
• 3-5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Product Manager or similar role for a software development team
• Experience with Agile/Kanban practices, patterns and techniques
• Experience with project management and frameworks (e.g. PMP)
• Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders (development, QA, operations, security)
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related.
