Senior SEC Accountant: Calling all 2+ year Big 4, CPA's
Parker & Lynch has a high growth client seeking a Senior SEC Accountant . Have you filled out 10Q, 10K forms?  Do you prefer a collaborative, fast paced environment?
Compensation to 80K
Duties:
• SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q and 8-K) including footnote disclosures
• MD&A and supporting documents and schedules
• US GAAP technical accounting issues
• Assist with SOX compliance
• Assist with ad-hoc projects
Skills/Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
• CPA
• 2+ years of experience in Big 4 public accounting
• Solid technical accounting research skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
