Compensation: $21.85 to $23.00 hourly
OfficeTeam is seeking an experienced HR Specialist for a client in Tampa, FL (starting off as remote). This position is a temporary role going until at least the end of the year, with potential of going temporary to full-time. The ideal candidate will:
1. Have 3-5 years experience as an HR Specialist
2. Have strong attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced enviornment
3. Have an exposure to payroll and understanding of payroll concepts and taxes
4. Knowledge of section 125 plans, open enrollment, employee relations
5. Intermediate Excel skills a must (should be able to do Vlookups) as well as familiarity with HRIS
This position is starting as soon as 11/20 and pays up to $23/hr, depending on experience.
