The Role
• Leads the Reporting and Analytics team focused on providing data to our clients and operations in a scalable manner
• Focus on productivity, quality, technology innovation, and cost management
• Work with Product on operational gaps where temporary reporting is required but not the long-term solution
• Review existing reporting catalog for opportunities to build out product capabilities
• Ensures required client, operational, and product reporting needs are being met
• Lead the delivery of data and build out analytical organizational capabilities
• Create and maintain the internal analytics strategy
• Develop the delivery plan and resource requirements required to execute the analytics strategy
• Interpret information and provide thoughtful insights on potential drivers and responses

The Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of healthcare financial products, FSA, HRA and HSA experience
• Minimum 4 years of relevant reporting methodologies, techniques, and tools (including Power BI)
• Minimum 4 years of relational data base; Oracle and DB2 experience
• Minimum 4 years of SQL experience
• Ability to comprehend and apply rules-based decision making
• Ability to coordinate activities and accomplish objectives through others in situations where direct reporting lines do not exist.
• Strong communication, analytical/problem solving, organizational skills, team-building, and team-working skills
• Experience with requirements gathering
• Must be a fast learner, highly motivated, adaptable, flexible, self-sufficient and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast paced environment.
• A focus on process and the ability to decipher underlying trends across various processes
• Critical thinking skills to produce useful analytics
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills along with basic practical math, reading and comprehension abilities.
