Description
Lochner, a leader in transportation engineering, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Florida CEI operations from our Tampa, FL office.  This position can be part-time or full time.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Construction Engineering and Inspection (CEI) administrative experience in a professional services environment and is familiar with the CEI industry and Florida Department of Transportation.  Responsibilities include organizing client contract information, staff support, assisting with billings and invoicing, tracking timesheet entry/approvals and other administrative tasks.  Required skills include a working knowledge of Word, Excel and ERP systems (Deltek Vision or similar), good interpersonal and client relationship skills, and good writing and verbal communication skills.
Qualifications
Candidate should be able to think on their feet, work with minimal supervision, multitask effectively as well as utilize independent judgment, and have the initiative to take on new tasks and challenges every day. Duties may involve a variety of moderately complex office support functions.  There may be times where candidate is asked to perform receptionist duties, provide marketing support, order employee or client meals, assist with coordination of events, facilities support such as ordering supplies, ordering lunches and assisting employees as needed.
