Our friendly, can-do/will-do Customer Service professionals know how to keep customers coming back again and again.
Depending upon one's skills and talents, responsibilities may include:
• Creating a warm, friendly, welcoming atmosphere
• Greeting and serving guests (face-to-face, telephone, and online)
• Describing and selling our menu selections and services
• Planning off-premise catering deliveries and on-premise full-service catering.
• Entering and settling orders
• Maintaining a clean, safe, exciting market, dining rooms, patio, rest rooms, and parking areas
• Greeting and guiding guests
• Helping customers with carry-outs
• Performing basic food prep i.e. wash produce, season meats, portion dressings, etc.
• Receiving, unpacking & storing deliveries
• Assisting other stations as needed

We operate Monday through Saturday and are closed on Sundays.
• For full-time hours, one must be available Monday through Saturday and should expect to work 35-40 hours per week. Because we're in the business of saying "YES!" to our customers, we regularly schedule our FT staff for a six-day, 45-50 hour work week.
• Part-time staff doesn’t have to be available every day but must be available to work at least three shifts each week. Generally, PT staff works between 15 and 25 hours per week.
During the peak holiday season and for special events, the start and ending times of our workday may be adjusted. Not all shifts may be available at the time of application.
