​ 3 Key Consulting is hiring a Sr. Associate Sourcing Operations for a consulting engagement with our direct client, a leading global bio-pharmaceutical company.
Job Summary:
The Sr. Associate Sourcing Operations will be responsible for supporting the execution of our sourcing and contracting processes within the Global Strategic Sourcing department. The associate sourcing operation will work out of Tampa, FL providing essential services that enable us to better pursue our mission to serve patients. This state-of-the-art center serves as base for finance, information systems, and human resources professionals to make a meaningful impact at one of the world leading biotech companies.
Supporting GSS operations and processes:
1. participate in projects to support global strategic sourcing
2. Understand and champion department policy and procedures
3. drive standard process
Education: bachelor’s degree
Top Must have Skill Sets :
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Project Management
• Documentation experience (editing/updating)
• Customer Service experience (professionalism through emails
• Attention to detail
• Organization skills
• Critical Thinking/Problem Solving
• Independent / self-starter
Day-To-Day Responsibilities :
In addition to above - responsible to managing the email inbox and responding to the inquiries appropriately and in a timely manner, supporting the team during audits (quarterly)
