Job Description
• Act as a positive point of contact to customers
• Ability to read plans and pay attention to detail.
• Assist with researching public records to determine property ownership
• Adhere to safety standards and procedures (ie. use of PPE, etc.)
• Document landowner communications
• Prepare and review easements
• Serve as notary in acknowledgment of legal signatures
• Communicate effectively to colleagues and customers
• Meet weekly goals set with Manager
• Work independently to optimize time to increase productivity and efficiency with minimal inaccuracies.
• Frequent local travel; be able to work nights & weekends
• The physical ability to walk short distances multiple times a day (ie. outdoors, from a vehicle to a customer meeting location, sometimes in inclement weather)
• Excellent customer service skills; in person and over the phone with internal and external customers and clients.
• Ability to engage in small talk and talk with strangers (over the phone and in person)
• Ability to drive local and long distances on a regular basis
• Ability to get in and out of the car multiple times a day between customer meetings
• Proficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook & I Pad (ios software)
• Notary required (Maser Consulting will assist with this process if selected)
• Valid Driver License required
Requires a pre-employment drug screen and will require ongoing participation in the employer's annual drug and alcohol testing program.
