Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Supporting several offices for our clients located in Florida
• Hardware troubleshooting for laptops and desktops
• Identify, research and resolve technical issues
• Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely solution
• Daily maintenance and repair of PCs, printers, email, etc.,
• Maintain client documentation using Visio and MS CRM
Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Associates Degree or equivalent work experience
• Two years or more previous experience providing desktop support in a business environment.
• Ability to document existing or new processes as well as input data for knowledge base entries
• Experience with some of the following technologies:
• MSOffice 365\SharePoint Administration
• Antivirus and malware applications (ex. Webroot, Malwarebytes, etc.)
• ITSM Tools (ConnectWise, ServiceNow, etc.)
• Understanding of Network technologies and equipment (i.e. routers, switches, firewalls)
• Understanding of server administration (Exchange, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP)
• Vast knowledge of workstation support – reimaging, local profiles, Microsoft Office, hardware)
• Strong customer-service orientation
• Self-motivated and directed, with the ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
• This position requires the successful completion of a background investigation and drug screen.
Preferred Skills:
• Managed Services experience preferred
Work Environment:
• Professional Office Environment or Client Site
• Business casual attire, jeans on Friday
• The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate
