Service Desk Technicians.
Responsible for remote Service Desk escalated support of voice, data, and videGoodproducts and services., Troubleshooting of routing and switching of all voice and data traffic on the network tGoodensure least cost routing and efficient utilization of the network., Prefernce for candidates on in, implementation, and maintenance of a comprehensive network monitoring strategy for Voice, Data, and VideGoodnetworks IP Schema, Good Communiction Skills, Manages performance and development of team members and collboration with first level service desk, , Preference for candidates with experinence in indusry certified certifcations,
