* This role is expected to be a 6 month contract position
This temporary position is critical to the financial accounting and reporting function. The responsibilities include the preparation of private company financial statements and footnotes, accounting for the Company’s equity plan and schedule preparation and analysis. This role will work independently but with interaction with stakeholders across Finance
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Preparation of US GAAP financial statements and footnotes
• Provide supporting schedules and analysis to Controller and external auditors
• Limited month-end close duties and G/L support
• Data compilation and analysis
• Perform special projects as requested
Required and Desired Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, CPA preferred
• 5+ years experience
• Experience with wdesk/Workiva for financial statement drafting
• SAP or other ERP experience
• Stock compensation administration and Certent preferred
– Intermediate/Advanced computer skills including experience with MS Excel
– Strong oral, written and analytical skills
– Ability to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
– Ability to build solid, effective working relationships with others
– Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
– Ability to identify areas of risk/concern in area of responsibility
– Ability to think strategically and tactically
– Self-motivated, able to work independently
Special Skills/Preferences:
• Technology / Telecom Industry experience preferred
• U.S. GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS
