CUSTOMER SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

We are looking for an enthusiastic full-time Customer Support Administrator with outstanding communications skills to assist QuiAri Consumers and Operations with a variety of administrative needs.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Serve as a friendly, invaluable resource for Promoters and Customers by answering questions and educating consumers about the QuiAri brand
• Quickly respond to calls and emails in a polite, professional manner
• Be a policy & procedures guru! You will be one of our go-to people for any questions about our corporate protocols
• Help processing orders, returns, & refunds
• Assist with compliance regulation
QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate Degree required
• 3+ years of Customer Support experience
• Proficiency in a Windows (Word, Excel, Outlook) operating environment with strong typing ability
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Be a team player - ability to collaborate with others to accomplish goals
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Ability to “think on feet” and function independently with minimal guidance/supervision
• Excellent organizational skills - be detail-oriented
• Ability to learn new tasks quickly
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously, including a high call volume
• Self-motivated, self-starter and self-assured. Flexible work schedule, including evening and weekend hours, as needed
• Ability to proactively anticipate needs and make recommendations to meet those needs.
• Identify and assess departmental/individual training needs and take the necessary steps to keep abreast of products and services, as well as enhancements and upgrades
• Ability to act with a sense of urgency within a fast paced environment
• Ability to be resilient, positive, and focused
• Must be able to work on-site at our Brandon, FL office
