This position is remote but you must be local to Tampa Bay for equipment pick-up/return
Pay : 15.00
Hours : 8-5 M-F
Type : Contract
Assignment duratio n: 4 months, leave coverage – must be able to work December through April 2021
Job duties:
1.) This person will provide customer service to help answer simple questions about how to become a member or renew membership.
2., )They will input all of the data from their email or phone call into the company software.
3.) They will spend time during the day doing internet searches to look up information that customers have requested.
4.) They will help to set up meetings with the members to talk further about becoming a member or renewing membership.
Requirements:
• Must have previous relevant experience in a similar role, using and communicating via email and comfortably navigating the internet for information
• MS Office proficiency
• Background check required

• Associate’s degree preferred but not required
• Three (3) years of relevant experience
