Administrative/Marketing Specialist
Full-Time Position
The Company:
Federal Award Management Registration is an independent consulting firm that specializes in helping businesses get registered to do business with, and market to the Federal Government. We are here to help new and renewing vendors make Federal Contracting simple and efficient, not confusing. With over 15 years of combined experience in the Federal contracting marketplace, we know the ins and outs of all the red tape that the Federal government has throughout their processes in getting registered to do business with them or to become certified with them.
The Position:
We are looking for a highly-motivated individual who is very detail-oriented, organized, and has strong communication skills. Must be a self-starter and willing to troubleshoot whenever a problem arises. Punctuality, accountability, and reliability a must.
Responsibilities:
-Data Entry
-Data Review
-Order Processing
-Troubleshooting
-Marketing
-Design Work (Adobe Suite)
-Creative Writing
Required Skills:
-Computer and web literate
-Must be comfortable handling phone calls with clients!
-Must be comfortable explaining processes to clients
-Previous customer service experience
-Ability to self-supervise and self-start
-Organized and detail-oriented
-Can handle a fast-paced environment accurately and efficiently
-Exceptional grammar, writing, and spelling
Required Education:
-College Degree or Equivelant
Preferred (not required) Skills/Education:
-Experience writing business descriptions
-Salesforce experience
-Business, computer, and/or grammar classes or workshops a plus.
-InDesign and/or Photoshop experience (HUGE PLUS)
Please note: We may require further testing during an interview, this includes; WPM typing test, mock business description writing, personality testing, background checks etc.
The Location:
We are located in the Westshore District of Tampa in Class-A office space.
