Job title : Appointment Setter
Type: Contract-to-hire
Location : Tampa, FL
Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Remote work : Fully remote right now, may move to a remote/in-office hybrid in the future but no set plans for requiring staff to return to an office
Pay : $17.00/hour target, may go up to $25/hour depending upon experience
Earning potential:
Expected earnings of approximately $47,000 year 1 if meeting appointment quota (pay per lead model)
Appointments must be completed (attendance) to receive the incentive
Growth opportunities: There are growth opportunities with the organization, and this can lead to a more Business Development focused role or other marketing agency opportunities for associates that are successful, the next progression from this role would be running webinars. If they double their quota, Sean said there is no doubt they would move up quickly in the organization
Why is this open? This is a new team addressing a gap in their process. Ideally, they would like to see this team size around 2-3 associates and they will hire more than one.
Job Duties:
• Place approximately 100 outbound calls daily and email market to franchise leads
• Retrieve leads from Zoho CRM list that will be provided, these are cold calls
• Schedule webinars for business development
• Meet quota of approximately 10 appointment scheduled monthly
• Schedule Go To Meetings / webinars
Requirements:
• (2) years of B2B experience preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• MS Office proficient
