Job Description Our Big 4 Client is looking for a highly organized and passionate individual to support the HR Shared Services Center.
The HR  specialist is responsible for supporting strategic scheduling and deployment processes for all geographic markets across the multiple lines of service, with the objective of enabling the business to send the right people to the right assignments at the right time.
This role provides tactical support that enables the team to deliver operational efficiency and effectiveness to our client service staff.
The HR specialist is responsible to validate and update all client service staff schedules in the internal forecasting tool and against a standard set of business rules.
Specialist must pay attention to detail, able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, and communicate clearly, both orally and in writing, flexible; with the ability to work well independently and as a team.
Knowledge/skills preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of human resources experience and/or deployment practices
• Manage multiple work streams by independently determining priority of tasks
• Report production encompassing multiple data points, possibly drawing data from multiple firm systems
• Strong computer skills including proficiency with standard Microsoft Applications and Google for Work
• Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or GED
Currently remote due to COVID, may eventually require a couple of days in the office per week.
