If so, read on! **Your Role and Responsibilities** The Junior User Researcher will be responsible for conducting user research, and identifying the best method based on research goals and resources. The Researcher is responsible for all aspects of research (planning, execution, analysis, reporting) for both formative and evaluative, in-person and remote, and moderated and unmoderated testing. You will use a variety of user testing methodologies to reveal actionable customer insights for leadership, product teams, and marketing. You are comfortable working with data, from gathering and analysis through to design and presentation. You can collaborate effectively with product management, engineering, and remote teams. You can demonstrate leadership, technical curiosity, and tenacity. You'll have the opportunity to develop trouble shooting and problem-solving capabilities, quantitative research capabilities, work along side product teams in an agile environment, develop insights suited to product teams, and advocate for the voice of the consumer. **Job Functions / Key Responsibilities** As a user researcher, you will design and execute research according to research best practices, and in a timely fashion.
