Preferred Knowledge/Skills:
Demonstrates extensive knowledge and/or a proven record of success in the following areas of application development:
-Oracle Fusion HCM modules Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Management and Payroll;
-Hands-on experience with File Based Loader (FBL), HCM Data Loader (HDL), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher
-Experience with Java, XML, Service Oriented Architecture (Oracle SOA Suite), Business Intelligence (OBIEE) is preferable.
-Working within and leading established Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies including agile, scrum, iterative and waterfall to support the success of the larger IT organization;
Modules Currently in Use: Compensation, Talent Management (Goals, Evaluations, Talent Review & Succession Planning, Profiles, Career Development)
